Florida to Offer Hurricane Preparedness Workshops Around the State

The Florida Department of Financial Services will be holding informational workshops over the coming weeks in an effort to help homeowners and businesses prepare for the hurricane season here in the Sunshine State. Some of the topics they will deal with are: Preparing for Natural Disasters, Hurricane Preparation, Hardening Your Home Against Hurricanes, First Time Homeowner's Workshop - Hurricane Preparedness, Hurricane Mitigation [What to do before & after a storm], Small Business Owners Hurricane Preparedness & Recovery, and others.
